PsychSurveys streamlines the psychometric assessment process, a crucial component of evidence-based treatment. Mental health professionals can utilize PsychSurveys in private or group practices to administer personalized diary cards and tracking sheets, along with validated and reliable mental health surveys. These tools help measure distress levels and monitor patient progress over time. Developed in collaboration with psychologists specialized in cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies, PsychSurveys enhances client care by providing an objective assessment of symptoms, offering insights into progress, as well as identifying areas requiring further intervention.

Users can easily select the surveys they want their patients to complete and set the frequency. Patients have the option of using the mobile app for timely alerts and survey completion, either at home or during sessions, or receiving email alerts with survey links for completion via a web browser on a PC or mobile device. Patients can opt out of email alerts at any time by simply clicking on the provided link.

If patients opt for the mobile app, they will receive reminders and alerts on their iPhone or iPad when surveys are due, along with a badge icon indicating the number of pending surveys. Surveys are automatically scored upon completion, allowing for seamless tracking of each patient's progress over time. Detailed reports encompassing all pertinent scales and sub-scales enable practitioners to analyze patient responses to surveys across different time points.

The platform offers a wide selection of 150 pre-configured surveys covering various areas such as Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Relationship Satisfaction, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, Emotion Dysregulation, Substance Abuse, Therapeutic Relationship, Clinician Surveys, and others.

Diary Cards serve as a valuable tool for patients to track emotions, urges, and behaviors daily. This aids clinicians in identifying areas of struggle over time, facilitating effective session prioritization and intervention planning. Additionally, Diary Cards promote awareness of emotions and urges among clients while helping them recognize and utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills during distressing moments. Instant access to patient-reported data eliminates the need for weekly email submissions.

PsychSurveys simplifies result management by providing real-time access to survey and diary card outcomes without requiring patient emails. The platform offers a quick, user-friendly setup process that centralizes survey and diary card management for enhanced efficiency.
